        Calling and scheduling was great, friendly and respectful, had answers to my questions. Was able to get scheduled for service fast. Service tech was awesome upon arrival respectful and no issues during setup. Fast internet, definitely recommend!

        It's been four months and you still haven't moved our antenna, replaced our crappy router, or have done anything to remedy this issue. I even did what you asked and cut a branch from my tree so you could move the antenna and nothing has been done. You've sent out the same tech twice, who did nothing both times but sit on his and be on his phone. Worst internet and customer service I have ever experienced.
