        Don Hochstatter, the owner, was extremely helpful and had TJ assist my 85 year old mother with analyzing and repairing what she needed. They expedited the order so I was greatly appreciative for doing this (since I am 3.5 hours away) and could not assist her. I have found them to be very professional in every way. I highly recommend them. They were extremely nice as well as explaining what to do. Thank you, Beverly Grant.

        We are very happy with Basin Pump Service. We called them yesterday afternoon and they were here this morning at 10:30am. Caleb got right to it and was pulling our 365 ft pump in less than 15 minutes of arriving. He diagnosis the problem within an hour and in less 3 hours he was done. The charged us a very decent rate and we are back up and running. We will not hesitate to call them again if we need our pump serviced. Thank You very much for the great service.
