        We had a gas leak in our stove, and I needed to figure it out (where, what, how to fix) within a day as I was leaving for 2 weeks the next day and didn't know what to do. The lady on the phone took my situation very seriously, and made sure that someone would be dispatched that same day within a few hours. Justin (I think), the tech who left breakfast with his family and made the 1+ hour trek to our house, was VERY helpful and answered a million questions I had so that I knew what to do next time. He found the leak, tightened the connection, and saved the day for us. Very impressed and told him how such a small situation can be really stressful for a family, so their urgency and ability to help was much appreciated. Thank you!

        I have tried to get my tank filled for the past month! 3 times I’ve called to ask what’s the hold up and they had a different excuse every time. Not to mention getting a hold of them is impossible, call wait times of up to 80 minutes every day, and that’s even when I call first thing in the morning! They’re just giving me the run around. Save your money, and your time, don’t go with this company. Very disappointed.

        Service is nonexistent. Waited 2 weeks for propane delivery. Took them 2 months to figure it out. Avoid this company.
