The doctors don't even try to help you. They treat you as a burden. I switched doctors twice within confluence and noticed the same pattern. So, I switched to samaritan. I am pregnant and having issues and when I message and call and get no response, that's unacceptable. These doctors do not care.

Doctor Chris Roberts ENT specialist is NOT a caring professional physician! I gave this facility a good many yrs before returning and will truthfully say out loud that the care I received here today was not good at all. There are a good many reasons why I would state this but Ill highlight the needed ones to know. I was verbally challenged by Chris Roberts over what hurt and what I was pointing out in care that I was seeking this day.He proceeded to try to prov e his point by unnecessary force, shoving his thumb into my jaw muscle where my ear had been leaking really bad gross fluid to the point of I had already run 3 sets of antibiotics up till then.(Be aware this is swollen and irritated area at this time. It was Oct 2023 when I first started wondering if I would loos my hearing in life due to this? It took a large amount of time passing to be seen by the facility. He continued being rude and not educating in convo. This lead to me telling him that it was serious in my point of view, in which he gave disrespectful leave to go get a camera on a stick. I asked what do I expect, it was a longer scope piece in length. He stated, Im gonna look with it. As he came back he gets a look and goes deeper to where I have to grab the chair arm to show the pain. Why did I get abused in care this day? I dont know? Think of folks who cant write a review for themselves, our elders). Anyways, he decided on medicated ear drops. ** I asked him for a refill to be scripted and this is where he lost it and became harsh stating he cant because he wouldnt be doing follow up care with out trials to get it better. (All I was asking for was dont make me chase you to help with the healing time). I defended his negativity more by stating it was hard to get seen in a good time frame for the concern. This is where he became very defensive and asked me directly, had I tried to schedule elsewhere? (I had and this was what was given). A long wait abuse and a doctor that wanted to argue about visit date more then educate about how to recover my ear and its current condition. Im including photos which I offered to him and was dismissed over. Little to say, look at the pics and you tell me would you want a doctor to abuse your infection today? I think its not to much to ask for healing help rather then abusive and condescending help. Its labeled a doctors office but THERE IS NOT A CARING CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH at Confluence health hosp. I would give it no stars but Wendy the practice manager was polite enough to help document the concern with professionalism. **** but I wasn't there to see her, I was there for my health and responsibilities of taking care of myself. *** Dont waste your insurance carriers money and your premiums. Go elsewhere if you want a good doctor. Chris Roberts ENT MD is not caring or able to help. Stay away!
