This was our first time using HP Tree Service. Our job was small. A tree we had planted in the Spring wasn't doing well. We contacted Horacio to see if he would be willing to take a look at it, which he very graciously agreed to do. Long story short, the tree was dead. We hired Horacio to plant the new tree we bought to replace it. He was on time, thorough (removed the old tree, did additional work to remove some large, deep-seated roots left from a pine tree that had previously resided in that same spot. He took care to water the new tree while planting it, staked it and did not leave a mess.) We were very impressed with Horacio. Response time was excellent in spite of being very busy. He is knowledgeable, professional, calm and easy-going with a fun sense of humor. We found him to be reliable, hard-working and didn't charge us an "arm and a leg". Based on our experience, we highly recommend HP Tree Service. Service: Tree planting
