They were great. Next day appointment. Arrived a little late but James was amazing. We were stressed and trying to leave town (to head home). We didn't realize the replacement sink we bought was cracked. James did everything he could do, then came back when we returned with another sink. He was so professional, so courteous and really really good at his job. Haven't received the bill yet, but James quoted the price that I assume will be charged.

Our heat pump went out last spring so we had Basin install and entire new system inside and out. The ac worked great all summer, but this winter we realized the heat pump hasnt turned on once to heat the house. Weve been running off emergency heat this entire time. We called Basin Feb 22nd and they told us theyd send someone out to check on it and install a temperature sensor outside today Feb 23rd between 8-10am. My boyfriend took the morning off work so he could be home when Basin came out. As 10am approached and no one had showed up he called Basin to see what was up. The lady on the phone said there mustve been a misunderstanding because someone came to our house yesterday but no one was home. We have security cameras and know that no one from Basin was at our house yesterday. Very frustrated that this is supposedly the best HVAC company in the area and this is the kind of service you receive!

Can't say anything but wonderful things about these folks. Ali on the phone fantastic, Curtis was so friendly and personable when he came to the house. Recommend without hesitation.

Charge for service was no where near the quote given at the time the appointment was made. When I called the office to ask why the price was so drastically different, I was given nothing but attitude by two of the women in the office. I had wrote down word for word what I was told at the time I made the appointment and a co-worker over heard the entire conversation between myself and Nancy, including me saying wow that seems cheap! We Will NEVER use their services again and will get nothing but a bad reference from me you cant misquote people by that much and then give attitude, an apology for mistakes made goes a long way
