Did nice work and got me in schedule quickly. I used water-based low voc and looks great almost a year later. Wouldn't change a thing.

We had a leaky faucet hose that caused water damage underneath our floors in the kitchen. Justin and Alex came out right away and got the flooring ripped out so it could start drying. When the water was still present under the dishwasher and sink, Justin spent the evening getting the rest of the water logged flooring out and they both came back to get the new floors installed as soon as the subfloor dried out. They were great to work with and worked outside typical hours to make sure we had our house put back together ASAP. I highly recommend them!

Honestly, I am surprised that Basin Wood Floors doesn't have more reviews. They do amazing work. My husband and I are in the middle of a remodel and we reached out to them to get an estimate for having the floors sanded and refinished. We were contemplating on doing it ourselves, and I am so glad we decided to have Justin and Alex do the work instead. Saved us a lot of time and headache. They got the job done in less than a week and they did roughly 1,000sq ft of hardwood flooring. Also, Hannah, who coordinates everything, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very sweet and always available to talk anytime I had any questions. I HIGHLY recommend having Basin Wood Floors, and would definitely have them do the work again!
