        I Went in to take advantage of all the deals they were maybe still are running. They only had 3 phones in stock not one of them went with any of the deals. Dissappointed

        I literally drove out of my way to go to this location because it had good reviews. Five hours later, on a Saturday night, my $1300 phone has zero apps working. Won't connect to iCloud. I've followed every single direction and troubleshooting aspect the AT&T people have asked me to do. They have completely given up on helping me because it's difficult. They don't want to provide me any other resources. And apparently wasting numerous hours of my day is completely and utterly acceptable. Not to mention, the other unprofessionalism, the store associates had. Now apparently not only do I need to waste more hours, figuring out how to get this fixed, based upon their mistakes.... that they assured were not mistakes, but I have to walk around with two phones, no way to use either device out of my house. And waste numerous hours of my life without any compensation whatsoever.

        Came in on a weekday and Justin helped us. Had a problem with our note 10 reading our Sim card and he fixed it in seconds. Told us all about the latest options, very helpful. Recommend him!
