The receptionist working on 3/18/24 was rude and unprofessional. I do not want to come to a hospital and be met with such attitude when my day has been hard enough. They need to fire her and hire someone more in touch and sympathetic.

The worst hospital I have ever dealt with. The experience I have had here is beyond what I would call professional behavior. The doctor, nurses and yes even customer relations. We have a family member here who has been and let me tell you I personally would rather die than to be admitted here. Do you even know what your are doing?or do you even care. We had concerns about the medication that had been received and was about to be received. The attitude that we were given by several individuals who are employed here and that care for your loved ones. We only had questions and concerns ,from that point on we were treated as if we had done something wrong. To be schooled on how to say a medication correctly, tagged team by two nurses when asking why it had taken 1 hour and 45 min to receive a medication that we had been told would be given in 5 min. The excuses given were from fax machine got stuck in pharmacy to patient refused to take, to it takes 45 mins from time of request. Take accountability, pick your story and don't waste your time with customer relations, they to have excuses and will give you a quick corse on the proper way to say a medication. I am not a fan of rude people and understand the dedication and strain a career in the medical field can have but I am not someone you can talk down to, or treat me or a member of my family as if we are uneducated. You are in a field that people have questions and are concerned about the ones they love, your rudeness has no place there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL...
