        They Hooked me up with a checking account and a savings account. The customer service was excellent since its been over 30 years since I've had a bank account. 20 minutes Tops and I was walking out the door a Happy and Satisfied customer!!!

        Colton is the best very helpful and always make a point to give each transaction feel special. That level of customer service experience is rare in this day and age.

        Update: If the bank has to have everything tracked why couldnt we do some kind of transaction that shows 10$ was changed into quarters?....but now I know. Thanks. - - Ive been in US BANK, STCU, WASHINGTON MUTUAL, etc etc and never have I been told I have to have an account to change a 10$ bill to a roll of quarters. Nor have I been asked for my ID or any kind of bank info. Super lame, especially living in Medical Lake, and not having many banks to go in for this.

        I've been a member of WSECU for a very long time(16-17 years I think) and I have never had a bad experience with anyone, I've seen many people throughout the years and they have always been kind,respectful and caring. I remember the days when WSECU was in a tiny hole in the wall spot on Lake and Jefferson, I think. Everyone I have dealt with has been a great experience at the WSECU branch in medical lake. Everyone I have dealt with, have been wonderful
