Tom came out in January and confirmed that he believed our drain field is needing either repair or total replacement. He then charged me $2,000 for the same service another place would have charged $500. Once I asked him why he severely overcharged me he said he would give me a 2k discount if we hire him to repair the back yard. Recently asked for a quote. And he said it would cost at least 17k. Way more then other places. I don't recommend him, he overcharges Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair, Sewer repair

Alarm went off on my septic tank so I called Spokane Septic Repair. Tom was out the next day. He was here four years prior so he was very familiar with our Septic Tank System. He pumped the tank and confirmed the issue and fixed us up. Highly recommend this local company!

Get a second opinion and don't fall for the "I can do it tomorrow, or it may be 2 weeks before I can get back to you" story. We had a backup in the septic system. Tom told me a new septic system could cost around 75k and take a month or more. But he could do a repair on the drainfield, so no permits will be needed. He started out with it will be $14,000, then $12,000, and then $10,000 if we agree today and he starts tomorrow. I told Tom I could help out. I helped do the work . The job ended up being so simple it took him a total of 4 hours of labor on site plus time to purchase the septic leaching chambers. About $500, yes $500 in materials, and he charged us 10k. He grossly overcharged us for the work he did. I don't know how anyone can have a clear conscience knowing that they took advantage of someone like that. So, I'm sharing our experience. I would give him a negative 5 stars if I could. He took advantage of our situation and our lack of knowledge. Get another quote before doing business with him. Don't trust Tom!!!
