Never return your calls.
Since they own this place about 2 to 3 yrs I been told,
I moved into the mobile home park,
In March 2019.
At first it was ok,
Neighbor kept to themselves,
The trouble started in about July 2019 , with park manager
Karl.
Letting cable TV TV telemarketer salesman going around take pics of people places,
Knocking on every one doors.
I confronted them & manager karl about it.
Manager karl, try to get in my face about it,
I just ignored him.
Been trying to eviction us every since off& on,
About every little thing,
That is not legal on so called lease agreement,
So many stuff on lease agreement is not legally required by wa state mobile home park ASSOCIATION.
The word SLUMLORDS

The owner of property is going to keep raising rent possibly to out of control price range and belong the going surrounding area.
But unfortunately that is not true so far with forestview mobile park.

They are breaking so many tenant rights.
