    Do not go here if you have a service animal. They let owners discriminate against ESA animals and will deny you, but give a poor excuse as to why to avoid getting in trouble. I have asked to speak with a manager and no one calls back. I am now getting legal action because the reason I was denied is absurd. I have never in my 9 years of renting have ever been denied. It's obvious the owner did not want animals. However, This was a perfect place for me and now I lost it due to discrimination.

    I have never had an easier rental company to deal with. Throughout our entire tenancy they have been patient, kind, communicative, and understanding. When the pandemic hit they were extremely helpful and understanding when our payments fell behind. Melissa even went above and beyond to help us get rental assistance to get us through it. They are very responsive to maintenance requests of any kind no matter how small they may be. Even when giving us pesky HOA notices, Melissa managed to make us smile. They also do an inspection every year which I found helpful as they noticed things that needed to be updated or fixed before I did. They were even very kind about the blue wall I painted during covid and only taught me the best way to paint it back before move out. Move in and move out were both seamless thanks to Mereesa. They are also extremely transparent with the type of cleaning and care they expect upon move out. Their checklist included specific instructions on what to clean and tips on cleaning products that work best. I am very grateful to have been renting with them through the last few years and highly recommend them for future renters.

    We rented from DPM in 2012 for a couple years. Reasonable rent. Timely response. Great experience. Highly recommended. In 2020, when it was time to transition from our permeant home, we wanted to have a property management company represent us. We were reminded of DPM's integrity and once again, we used their services as our property manager. Very thorough, great communicators, and reasonable in price to oversee our home. They go above the standards to find the ideal tenets to love and respect your home. Another great experience. In 2021, after trying to sell our home FSBO - which proved its challenges, we used DPM to sell our home. Mereesa was our agent and she IS dedicated! She will go above and beyond to ensure your property is ready for sale. She communicates efficiently, stood by her word, no surprises in the contract, handled "all things" for completing the transaction. We rate DPM above 5 stars for their dedication to customer service, thoroughness, timelines, and the integrity they have maintained as a business and individually based on all our experiences.
