I have never used a car detailing service before, so I just used Google to find someone nearby. I randomly picked The Detail Buff to contact. My son had spilled most of the water from his gallon-sized water bottle and I wasnt able to remove all the water myself. I figured Id get the whole car detailed (inside and out) while at it. Josh was very responsive and professional with my inquiries so I scheduled a time for him to come to my location for the service. 3 days before my appointment date my husband got laid off so I contacted Josh to cancel my appointment. Josh insisted on coming out anyways to help me with my water spill to avoid mold in my car and refused any payment. That spoke a lot about Josh and I am so grateful. I will definitely contact him again to do the full detail once my situation settles since he gained my trust and I am very impressed with the work he did. Requested an interior cleaning for a 2016 Honda HR-V my wife and I are looking to sell. This car saw a lot of and took us and our dogs to many places. As you can imagine there was a lot of embedded dirt and grim. Josh did a fantastic job of prepping the interior for sale. He was very professional, communicative, and prompt to respond. He just did my my Rubicon JKU, which has been well used and wheeled hard....it looks like it just rolled off the production line....it's bananas. Don't hesitate, book the detail buff.

Josh did an amazing job! I purchased a commuter car that was, shall we say crusty. Now it looks and smells showroom new. Thats saying something because its 13years old!
