Davis and Sons Tree Service

I have been using Davis and Sons Tree Service for 20 years or longer, we have an acre here in Kent, and it's rather amazing how many times we've needed a tree service. I'm handy enough with a saw and I like to cut wood, but I leave the dangerous or risky stuff to the professionals, and you don't get more professional than Davis and Sons. Today, it was the removal of two tall and dangerous trees leaning over my neighbor's property, Fernando is an excellent communicator, and as part of the service immediately introduced himself to the neighbor, he gained access to the neighbor's yard and assured they were totally happy with everything done before they left. Having Fernando, Uriel, and the crew over is always an enjoyable event, and when they leave, our yard is as clean or cleaner than before they came. My wife received a text from the neighbor, attached was a picture of their clean yard, their new view and a big heart, they couldn't have been happier with the work Davis and Sons did. I had an excellent experience with Davis tree service. Not only do I feel that I got great service for the money I spent. I feel that they far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend these guys!

I would give them zero stars if i could. First of all try calling that number listed on google. No one will ever pick up, it goes straight to voice mail. Well i called left a message to remove a couple of fir trees from my backyard. Next day a guy called and came out to give me a quote. I politely told him i will think about it and give him a call. I called back same day and asked him to start the work. The guy's phone was breaking really bad and I couldn't hear a thing what he was saying. Anyways some how he managed to say, he will call me back in a "bit". Its been three days now and no one has ever called me back for starting the work. In the meantime, i have made several calls but all goes to voice mail and no one ever picks or calls back. The invoice on which the guy gave me the estimate has a different company name and registration that the one listed on google and other sites. I doubt if these guys are even a real business or just a fraud.

The son and his crew were outstanding. These guys were very well organized. I have had the father do tree work year's ago. I was happy to find a phone number as my not so smart phone had a bad # online I go and bingo the right number. Thank you guys for a great job. Kb
