Vision Hardscape wholly understood my vision of how I wanted things. He was fast, professional and most of all, he was guiding me during the time of the process of what will look and suit the best in my yard. My kids are thrilled, my husband loves it and my friends relish all of our grills.

I recently reached out to Vision Hardscape Solutions to create an inviting entertaining space in my back yard. I envisioned a beautiful flagstone patio surrounding the unique rock crusher cone I had found to use as a firebox. Although I had a clear vision of the outcome, Steve made several great suggestions that improved my original idea. He showed me a number of similar projects that confirmed the quality of his work. His estimate was attractive so I moved quickly to get on his project schedule. Steve showed up daily to ensure the project was progressing well. His lead, Alan, supervised the installation with a keen eye for detail and quality. Despite having pallets of flagstone, piles of sand and other hardscaping materials, Alan made certain that each evening the site was tidy and safe before he left for the day – just like it was his own yard. I am happy beyond all expectations at the final outcome. Steve and his crew will be assisting with additional landscaping to complete the overall presentation, but I could not wait to post this review.

I’m writing to recommend Alan Steensland and Vision Landscaping for any and all outdoor work. I’ve worked with Mr. Steensland for the past five years, and during that period he and his company have provided a plethora of services. These have ranged from simple yard care and maintenance (which was without a doubt the most meticulous I’ve ever experienced), to a very large-scale fishpond construction, retaining wall construction, irrigation issues that others could not find solutions for. Additionally, Mr. Steensland has assisted with low voltage accent lighting, waterfall and water structure repair, plant selection for both beautification and healthy soil support. I have always been more than impressed with his ability to handle the customers dream vision within a competitive and realistic budget. He and his employees are more than friendly, loyal and dedicated. He greets customers with a smile, and his expertise is such that he is always able to answer their questions. His attention to detail is “bar none” and the beauty of our yard has increased every year, proving his long-term play and vision when making recommendations during the “bidding” process. Mr. Steensland would be an excellent addition for any outdoor projects you may be considering. Furthermore, I believe his attention to detail is without reproach.

Vision hardscape did an amazing job for us. Steve the owner was very responsive and was able to get someone out to provide me an estimate for our fire pit patio install (pics below) within one day of me calling him. Much quicker than the other companies I called just to get a simple estimate. They were also able to provide me direction and guidance as to what would look and work best since I wasn't totally sure what I wanted. Then Alan the lead installer and estimator went above and beyond to get the job done the same weekend so that we could have it completed by our housewarming party. They were booked out a few weeks which was very reasonable considering it's summer and everyone is busy right now. But Alan cleared his weekend and made it work so that we could have it in time. The job included some light leveling once they got started but they didn't let this stop them from still delivering on time and as promised. They also replanted grass seed and agreed to come back in 2 months to do the sealing as well when that is needed. All included in their very reasonable priced job to begin with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any landscaping work done. The quality was fantastic and the customer service was even better. Thanks for making a usually painful process very smooth!
