Be great if the drop of hours could accommodate the working single parent. 3pm is pretty unrealistic for some of us.

i have been shopping here for almost 3 years. Since about 6 months after they opened and my first child was born. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences from the staff. I suspect its because i say hi to them. i do not know them by name but i always try to have a brief chat when they are not helping another customer and always enjoy it. they have a ton of stuff, but are exceptionally organized and i am always amazed how they are able to keep so much and make things so easy to find. The prices on clothing and big ticket, used items are reasonable for a consignment shop, but are appropriately more than what is expected at a garage sale or goodwill. i have never seen anything of poor quality to my knowledge. The clothing is incredibly inexpensive and in superb condition. They have a good variety of items and are appropriate for each season. I have gotten excellent inexpensive halloween costumes each year. I have attempted to shop at the store on occasion and they have been closed. On one occasion this was because i did not look to see the hours. there are times when i stop by and even though i have not consigned here, i observe, that they are not taking more for consignment that day. I have considered consigning in the future. despite being busy with two young children and working full-time, i plan attempt to find a minute to call the shop before i go there and see if they are taking consignments and what kinds (e.g. are they taking furniture today?) when i do want to consign. i am sad to hear others experiences as that has never been my feeling in the store. this is the only review i have ever done because i feel this strongly about this store

Woman at the front is so rude it’s incredible. I consigned here and did not receive MOST of my items that didn’t sell. They gave an expired check to me, she threw my items that didn’t sell across to me. I actually told her to treat her customers with more respect and she said she doesn’t need to. I don’t know what to do about the expired check, she wouldn’t write a good one. Don’t consign here, there are much better places near by that value customers. They offer the lowest dollar amount for items too. I have made much more money at Kim’s. They are thieves all around here.
