No pets in a rural lake resort? Ridiculous. You can't say family friendly if you have to leave your dog at home for a week. Don't mind paying a fee but a flat ban... won't be back.

Was over priced as a wedding venue ,I believe! They provide nothing other than thier space! Must provide even lighting apparently as they didn't come on and only after the guest decided to leave did they finally offer " oh we have to turn them on!" They should have known they were needed as it was an evening wedding and people dancing. Also not per friendly at all and we had to clean entire cabins ( must rent in addition too not part of package) the cabins were old fashion not modern but lots of beds. It was average not dirty or awful. Just not worth what is paid for usage esp. Day use!!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to spend time with family, Granite Point Resort is your spot. As you pull in you will see stunning lake views set as the backdrop to quaint cottages perfectly placed throughout the resort. Our family of five enjoyed fishing and riding Jumbo the elephant (motorized) after having hot coffee at The Store. The managers were sweet and kind upon check-in and Cabin #15 was ohhh sooo inviting! Granite Point Resort is my new home away from home, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you once again.
