Owl Taxi

I called asking about a taxi because the other company I called said over an hour. Whoever was working at 9 pm August 18th treated me so poorly that I'm actually writing a review right now. When I asked her how long it would be before a taxi was available she rudely told me she had no idea how long it would take. I then gave her my number to call me once there was one available. After almost an hour she called me back and I asked what taxi company it was because I had called them both. When I told her I contacted both she said bye and hung up on me. I called back asking if I could get her name because I wanted to file a complaint and she just hung up on me again. 0/10 customer service. Hope I never get treated the way she treated me again

When we were stood up yesterday by Up Town taxi for a very important appointment, I decided to call Owl Taxi today. He was on time! Infact a little early! Pleasant conversation, decent price & compfortable ride. Thank you guys for the ride today!
