Being from out of town. Horrible customer service! These guys have no clue what good customer service is. Have u heard of multitask? Lol! But the whole town of klelso is the same. The tanning beds are worn out garbage! Never work and you have to get dressed and go back and tell these idiots. The bulbs prob never been changed. Gym equipment is way out dated. The place is always empty yet you have to just stare at them and wait while they talk on the phone or make a nasty smoothie, Just to get them to press a button to tan! Lol! Its called MULTITASK! Lazy workers. All other businesses in kelso were exactly the same. What a horrible place. I was so happy to get back to Ca.

This is the one gym you can go to where everyone actually will know your name. Despite having to take a 2-3 month hiatus, the owner himself made me feel welcome when I was finally able to start going again. As for the gym itself, it really is a gym where you can workout at your own pace without feeling pressured. The people who work here genuinely care about your own progress and helping you achieve your own personal fitness goals - not getting you to some abstract number that measures nothing. If you're serious about making a lifestyle change, this is probably the best place locally you will find to help you.

I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. I am a new member and the staff have gone out of their way to make my family and I feel welcome. Our opinions seem to matter and its obvious that this health club was designed to meet the needs of people who have different goals. The equipment is new and clean. This club was done right.

Excellent equipment with a great view! I like how the gym has the free weights in a different section so the treadmill area is quiet.
