I worked with Jim Hurula years ago at another construction company and I can vouch for him as a man of great character. He is smart and self motivated with great integrity and strong family values. Often at the end the day the crew would meet at the boss's house to crack beers and talk about the day.....but as soon as the days work was done, Jim would say, "Well, I gotta get home to the kids. see ya tomorrow guys." Jim was NEVER late. Never called in sick unless he COULDN'T go. He is a GREAT worker and KNOWS building. I was new on the building crew and working with Jim was great because he (perhaps because of his kids) explained what he was doing while he was working, Jim is a natural teacher, and that's why I love that he brought his sons into the business. Jim knows how to do the job the right way, WHY it needs to be done that way.....AND can explain that to you. He knows construction inside and out. If your looking for a family man, a contractor you can trust. Jim Hurula and sons is your crew.

Hurula & Sons did an awesome job on our project (a concrete driveway and a gravel driveway into our yard). Don was right on time to check it out and give us a quote. They fit us into their schedule sooner than expected. They were always on time and completed the project within the expected time frame. We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out, as well as with the whole experience. We'll definitely be calling them in the future for other projects! Service: Driveways
