        We had our fireplace tiled by Richard in January of 2020. After three days the grout was cracking. He had to come back twice to fix it and it still continued to crack. I had hired Ancient tile and stone because of reviews on home advisor. I try to work with home advisor to get this fixed unsuccessfully. Last spring Richard contacted me and we communicated about getting this fixed every time I scheduled something there is a reason why he couldn’t make it out. The tile work looks very DIY and we’re still waiting on this to be fixed. We were told the work was guaranteed. Service: Tile fitters

        Richard was very responsive to our questions and seemed to really care about what we wanted. We changed our mind on part of the project and he seemed to only want what made us happy. He did an amazing job on our shower. I highly recommend Ancient Tile and Stone.
