    Audio Express was absolutely AMAZING to work with Haley and Mike were so patient and kind. I had a million questions and Haley listened and answered even the dumb questions lol I had such a hard time with the blow and hummm device and Mike continued to be kind and supportive the entire time. He didnt try to hurry me at any time.. I called them back and thanked them again once got home. Even though this whole situation BITES, Im Grateful for their customer service.

    What a joke of a company! Client services doesnt know anything, they cant even answer the simplest questions. Their automated system is also a joke. It took 14 hours over 3 days to get a live person. Smart Start doesnt even know what the installation locations are authorized to do or not to do. When Smart Start screws up billing you are screwed, because no one will help you get the money back for over payment. As you can see from all the other negative reviews they wont defend themselves or correct their mistakes, because they dont care!

    If I could give a negative I would. I work in a place where we install them and they are constantly ripping people off. Terrible customer service and gear. I work for them and cant get straight answers. They are crooks and if you sign up for the indigent program you will still pay full price but be credited but it just goes back to them and you only get the discount every other month. Find a different place!! This company sucks!!!!!
