Senior person scraped the hanging engine shield on her FIT on a curb. Funny scraping noise ensued! R & M reattached it, explained what had happened, charged a very reasonable amount and were very pleasant to deal with! Exceptional service! Service: Vehicle maintenance

We were on our way home from Ocean Park when we stopped at a bakery in Long Beach for a treat.
Upon starting our 2005 Prius, all kinds of lights lit up on the dash board scaring us and leaving us unsure of what to do next. Called the closest Toyota dealer, which wasnt really close, and another shop and both were booked out several weeks, or be towed in and theyd TRY and diagnose.
Wasnt crazy about those options so Googled Toyota repair shop Long Beach and up popped R & M,
thank God. Kelly, the kind lady who answered the phone, listened to our dilemma and offered to tell the technician about our situation. She came back on the phone and asked if we could come in right now.
Since we were only 0.6 miles away, thank God again, we took the chance and drove to the shop where Michael, the capable and humorous technician hooked us up to his diagnostics and in just a few minutes was able to reassure us that we could safely drive back home to Vancouver (2 1/2 hours away) where we could get the car repaired in our town.
We went from the worst case scenario to the best case scenario thanks to both Kelly and Michael.
He didnt have to stop what he was doing to help us and she didnt have to trouble him about it but she did.
I will always remember their kindness to us in coming to the rescue of perfect strangers and sending us on our way with peace of mind.
To the lucky residents of Long Beach, I encourage you to trust your car to this wonderful business and once again, thank you Michael and Kelly for saving our trip to your beautiful area. Well always remember your kindness!! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery
