We hired I5 to replace our Siding, Roof & Gutters. After, the great experience we had, we are looking to hire them to instll a composite multi-level deck. We were really inpressed by the communication of the team and they had great attention to detail to complete each aspect of the project. Thanks again.

I have to say, I am not some one that leaves reviews but I was asked if I would feel comfortable telling others about my experience having my roof replaced by I5. I had received several replacement quotes from local contractors and I5 was not the cheapest but seemed to be the best pick after working though our decision making process. They had great communication and followup throughout the process. I was immediatly impressed as I had reached out after hours on a Friday and to our surprize I actually got a human on the phone. She took our information and Sean followed back up with us to schedule an onsite quote. When we received the bid it was a little higher than 2 other bids but when we talked through the differences they were able to point out the differnces in materials and I5 was better able to meet our schedule. (it should be noted that I5 was in the middle as 2 other companies were well over the other 3 bids) I5 Also seemed to have the best initial followup and was not overbearing or pushy. During the process of tearing off 3 layers of roofing material they cleaned up after themselves and maintained comunicated as to what they expected to complete each day. The whole process just took several days ro reroof our large house and detached garage. We were impressed as it was really warm as well. Our neighbors stoped by to mention how much better they liked the look of the house and I believe one of them is going to hire I5 to complete a siding replacement job on half of their house. I would not hesitate to use I5 in the future or refer them for any of their services. My wife wants to have them build a deck but I think we need to wait a few years with the cost of wood these days. :-) I will post pictures in the next few days.
