We bought our used Excursion from LG in June 2018. It started having problems immediately. We brought it in under their "warranty" to have it checked out and they couldn't find anything wrong. It was overheating, shaking, having tons of problems. My husband finally found out the engine blew a head gasket...Three months after we purchased it! We took it to a machine shop who said the damage was so bad it was going to cost us $5,000 to fix. The truck was only worth $8,000.
We called LG and they seemed like they were going to help. We spoke to the owner who told us they wanted to work it out, and he would get back to us the following Wednesday after speaking to his partners. I haven't wanted to write a bad review because I honestly thought they seemed like they cared. That was about a month ago and we haven't heard back. We have called back and left numerous messages. The salesman that sold us the truck was extremely rude and basically told us it wasn't his problem. Meanwhile, our family was left without transportation. I would not trust them. I am completely heartbroken we have to pay on a truck that doesn't even run and it seems like these guys are just out for the money.
