I have been coming here for about 3 years now and I love this place! They know me by name and are so nice every time I come in. The prices for trade in and for purchasing are very fair for toddler clothes and I feel like Im getting my moneys worth. I shop here for everyone I know that has kids! Also if you attach your phone number to their rewards system you get $$$ or free candy after spending a certain amount of money.

Ive been coming here for three years, and Ive always had a positive experience. Ive traded so many times, and enjoyed my conversation with the ladies and gentlemen that work here. There was an unfamiliar face today with my trade at 10:00am so Im not sure her name but the experience was absolutely embarrassing and unnecessarily rude. She told me that my bag of clothing had a strong odor and she couldnt take them. I was surprised and confused because Ive been here so many times for trades and never had that kind of problem. She went on to explain further unnecessarily that its just such a strong order she can smell it even standing straight up and down, and that if she accepted them it would stink up the entire place. I was horrified as there were other customers right next to us in a line and it was worded in such a rude and unprofessional way. My husband and I did smell the bag, we didnt smell anything. She suggested maybe it was cigarette smoke but we both do not smoke at all. She insisted we maybe smell the bag itself like maybe it was the bag. We were not arguing her conclusion, we were just trying to leave at this point. I am Wiccan so do burn herbs from time to time in my home, thats all I could think of it possibly being. However I smelt nothing on them and Ive brought in and traded so many times and never had anyone tell me my clothing and a strong bad oder. I understand not accepting clothing for whatever reason, I just felt it was handled in a gross fashion and it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. It was definitely not kind or professional.
