        I came in to resolve an issue with my son's phone, they didnot succeed. There was no issue with my phone. We went to resolve the issue and the At&t rep attempted to fix his issue it was resolvedd for 10 minutes. After we left and then my phone magically started to have the same issue. I didn't have network for 24 hrs, he still has so network and this problem has been going on for a month this is the second attempt we made to fix the problem. And then we both had the same problem after we left the at&t building. So I was not able to keep in contact with my children and they are at risk so I spent all day at work worried for my children's safety because I could not call or text them. This is unexceptionable.
