This office at Lakewood wa, did my Taxes for 2018 and asked me to leave my paperwork and to comeback in 2 days just to sign paperwork and they misplace my paperwork have to comeback like 6 times and signed the paperwork then the irs change my tax refund due to an expired itin number for my wife I called the office so many times left lots of messages and only Ana from the Renton office was really helpful but it tooked 3 months before I collected my tax refund money I was very disappointed with the office then they overcharged me so I was told to contact the Spanaway office since the lakewood office closedown,I called the Spanaway office couple of times and left a couple of messages then one day I called and Shanelle answered the phone and said to comedown so she can help me with my tax problems, I came down the same day and I explained the hole story so she said she will follow up with her bosses and let me know after a week I call back and she said she was waiting for answers and after another week she said I would get 50% of my refund fee charge back but it will take 3 days for a check to be mail to her, so Shanelle was very helpful at the Spanaway Location she also offered me a free tax preparation for 2019 year but I m not to sure if I will give them another chanse. We will see.
