Dumped a WHOLE cup of coffee on myself and my couch. Calles Wolfe's. There was a minimum fee that I thought was a bit high, but I WOULD PAY IT AGAIN. They were timely and professional. Communicated well. Ensured that I knew to keep the area moist until they arrived. And they got my couch looking like nothing had ever happened. I was pleasantly shocked. Service: Upholstery cleaning

After using many carpet cleaners over the years, we had Wolfes steam clean our apartment rugs on the recommendation of a neighbor. The result was astonishing! Our older carpet seemed rejuvenated and bright. Two stains from linoleum installation were gone. The whole place seems fresher and truly clean. No residue. From now on, Wolfes will be our only carpet cleaner. Service: Carpet steam cleaning

If I could give 10 stars I would.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I needed my carpets cleaned to satisfy my lease. I only had 3 days to do this. They were able to fit me in in a timely manner. However, I miss understood and did not finalize the quote. I called back to see what happened. After discovering that this was completely my fault Wolfe's Carpet Cleaning was incredibly kind and apologized even though it was 100% my fault. They quickly got a technician out to clean my carpets and stuck to the quoted price. The unbelievably high level of customer service and professionalism was jarring. I would have been understanding if they had said no. Instead they completely took care of me.
On top of all of this the job quality was impeccable. The carpets have been cleaned by other companies before and Wolfe's team pulled out more stains than any other companies did.
I am so impressed and happy that this is the only review I have ever written for a company and I would sit here and write 100 more reviews raving about them. I will not be shutting up about this company to all my friends and family. Thank you so very much. Service: General carpet cleaning
