I have used this inspection company many times, once for my own property, and many times for clients home. I am a Tacoma realtor, so I need inspections done constantly, Danny is my go to guy! Danny schedules quickly and conducts thorough inspections of all kinds of homes. He also has the equipment to do sewer scopes which has helped my clients save thousands of dollars in repairs! He is informative, and provides an abundance of knowledge. He points out all issues with a home, but does so in a way that empowers you rather than causes fear. I really enjoy working with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been dealing with several inspection companies. This business has by far the fastest turnaround time and quality. We used them for the purchase of our house. And they set the bar high. Then several years later i needed thier services again. However, we used other companies. After 3 bad experience, i decided to dig up Inspections West information from years ago. Luckily they are still around. So happy to have found him again. He is proffesional and quick. Highly recommend.
