        We had an appointment and nobody showed up!! I realize they are just reopening and things are tough currently but a phone call would have been nice.

        I had an appointment on 10-April-2021@1200, I'm here, but your staff is not. I scheduled this appointment over a week ago! No one called me to cancel no one showed up. Sign on door says be back by 9:00 am. It is noon. I did call your other location out of concern for your staff to make sure they are okay. Heard every one walked out on new management. Very disappointed in your lack of management and communication. I will not be coming back and will never refer anyone to this location again. SMH.
