How does a bank not accept cash for a deposit! We had a slip for my moms account, but because we are not on the account, they refuse to accept it. Really, refused to accept cash because of money laudering worries!! Unbelievable. So glad I don't bank with them, nor will I ever!

During an attempted deposit into my account there was a problem. Instead of attempting to solve this problem the associate decided that their attempt was sufficient and that I should drive to a different branch to solve the problem. I will be happily taking my business elsewhere as of today by closing all of my accounts with boa specifically because of this incident alone. I look forward for freeing my loyal service, time, and money from the grips of Bank of America.

I have been with BOA for more than 35 years in different location that I lived. Went to two other banks and happily came back to BOA. Have had a many as five accounts at one time because of businesses and have always been well taken care of. I will always do my banking where I feel the trust.
