Jim Reichel is an amazing and wonderful guy!! I live in a house that is virtually wall-to-wall Prairie Style windows and a huge skylight that is 25 ft up! Jim has turned window washing into an artistic process, and, in no time at all, everything is sparkling clean, inside and out!! He wears these cool, non-slip shoe covers, protects the floor with soft tarps, and carefully moves and replaces all the furniture, lamps, window dressing, and even the grandkids toys. I love that he does the glass pane doors to my library... funny how they get filled with the fingerprints of a 3 year old! Jim also cleans my gutters and big back deck and deck boxes. I have a lot of plants all around the outside of the house, and he is very careful about protecting them. He has to move the big pots on the deck and return them, and their auto-water tubes, to their correct places… they are always done perfectly. He returns phone calls or emails immediately, shows up at the time he says he will, does great work, has very fair prices, and, on top of all that, he is just a really nice person! Even the cat thinks so!
On a scale of 1 to 10, he’s definitely 10+ !! He’s the BEST!
