I want to share my experience with the Pacific Eye Center in Kirkland during my several visits there. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. Regarding the front desk staff, "Jason" is an outstanding employee who is professional and a natural problem solver. He is undoubtedly the best at the front desk. On the other hand, "Taylor" is also an excellent staff member who is polite, has a good vibe, and would address any concerns you may have. Unfortunately, "Ronita" has a bad attitude, makes excuses, and does not follow Pacific Eye Center policies. If you are looking to face a rude and unhelpful staff member, she is the one. Dr. Ashley is a professional who remains calm and knowledgeable and readily explains your condition and next steps. "Jae," in the sales section, will do his best to fulfill your eyeglass needs. He remains friendly and enthusiastic regardless of the price range for the frame and lens you select.

Their billing is terrible. Waste of the time. Service is so bad that we will keep ourselves away from this facility.

I went to three different places for an eye issue. WPEA (Washington Pacific Eye Associates) was - not able to give me a diagnosis - ran the fewest number of tests, - only saw me for approx. 15-20 minutes - and yet they charged me the highest rate of the three places. The two other places were able to give me matching diagnoses, saw me for near an hour, and did much more testing. WPEAs pricing does not match quality. Some staff came across rude as well. I recommend going elsewhere.

The absolute best of the best. Look no further. Dr. Batson is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Dr. Lin is fantastic as well. My PCP only refers patients here for a reason.
