Other comments about receptionists are spot on. Moody in the morning, openly discusses complaints about work negotiations, not enjoying the work, stops during check-ins to chit chat and then laughes. Attitude worsens as you ask questions. Nurses and doctors are pleasure to be with. Detailed and caring in their work. Remembers all the details of our visits in the post visit summaries. Considerate of our questions and what first time parents may experience.

If these people know you even have the most decent of health insurance plans, they will upsell the hell out of lab tests. Worse than a used car salesman.

Went to Evergreen Tan for duration of my pregnancy and delivery. I was impressed with all the providers who took my questions and concerns seriously and ensured I was given the proper care needed. All of the reception and medical assisting staff were generally pretty and helpful and understanding. Only drawback is that some of the systems they have in place aren't my favorite. For example, they bill all pregnancy visits after the delivery of your baby, so I would get a bill for visits that occurred several months before. Also, be sure to utilize all forms of communication offered by this organization including nurse lines and portal messages if you have concerns outside office hours. Overall all though, I would definitely recommend this place!!

Dedicated and Compassionate Doctor (Zainab Alnoor) I am filled with gratitude as I reflect on my journey towards motherhood, and it wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support and expertise of my doctor. Since 2018, I have been under her care, hoping to fulfill my dream of having a child. Along the way, we faced numerous challenges, including heartbreaking miscarriages that left us feeling hopeless. However, throughout this emotional rollercoaster, Dr Alnoor stood by our side, offering not just medical guidance, but also a compassionate and empathetic approach.
