I need to get my refund of 1,695.00 back and OMG...It's been almost 2 months when I was told it would be 3-5 days.Everytime I called I was told she would email Nancy (Toledo) office. I still have not heard from her. There is absolutely no supervisor to speak with. I called my credit card company and they refund my money w/n 3 days and there going to deal with them...My advise....DO NOT SPEND the money..The employees I spoke with were very rude and condescending. I feel if they can keep your money they will. Make sure this is what you really want to do...Check the reviews first..I wish I wouldve..!!!!

I received the worst service from Portland Oregon office team and manager. The doctor was good. I was told by the doctor and office that they would redo an area, plus I paid for the satisfaction policy. The office never called to schedule and when I finally made contact they were very rude/ condescending and wouldn’t redo the area. They are not ethical. I tried to reach the DM and she won’t let the office give out her info. The Portland Oregon office is unethical and I hope you don’t engage in any procedures with this company.

Sono Bello is the worst ever. The staff is very unprofessional and rude been speaking with them several weeks, days, months and all Im getting is lies and the run around about my refund. Spoke with a rude black girl today that clearly didnt know me so she was scared to leave her name but Ill be calling and reporting you all to the BBB I got time today. Also thanks Ill be calling your corporate office as well. You all need to pay more attention to your clients thats where your money comes from. They also keep giving me the run around about speaking to a manager conveniently shes never available but its ok Leah in the Charlotte office keep hiding and avoiding me. My suggestion dont waste your time going there spend the money go to Miami.
