My daughter has had several unexplained up charges, other than being told, we had a price increase,, she has had inconsistent charges at the end of her pedicure.
The last time she had her pedicure, Née the owner or general manager did her service, she enjoyed her service but the charges suddenly were her usual, or older price, before the so called increase in price.
Unfortunately, her toe nail split due to occasional technician error,, likely acrylic too thinnot a problem.
The problem came when she tried to get ahold of Nee.
The receptionist claimed she could not help her, I am only a receptionist. My daughter asked who higherd her, she said Nèe. My daughter explained she would like to get I touch with Née for a customer resolution for a complaint, then the receptionist said she could take her complaint, the receptionist suddenly said, I am the manager this was after a long verbal and unclear conversation with the receptionistmy daughter replied, you just said you could not help me, because you were,only a receptionist .
The ordeal goes on and on, trying to simply call to speak to someone in any location, my daughter called each location with similar bantering back and forthregarding a simple customer inquiry as to a service that needed to be resolved.
Typically, the technical service is done well, the complaint here is custom serviceand trying to get a general inquiry done with a salon owner or manager
My daughter pays cash each time and there is no service log to her visitswhich are usually inconsistent prices, unless being serviced by Née.
Decide for yourself if the salon is worth your patronage.
My daughter is young, and does not want to cause conflict, but the conversations I have heard her have with staff is unreasonable for the time and investment she has had with this salon Services: Pedicure, Gel manicure, Acrylic nails

I went in for a fill on 3/19 at 3 pm (scheduled appointment) and I wasnt helped until 3:45. I get being busy but if you schedule an appointment, you shouldnt need to sit there for nearly an hour after. On top of that, my nails are terrible. I got shellac polish because I love how it doesnt chip or smear and half of my nails have already chipped, smeared or have indents on them. Wouldnt spend $50 here again. Waste of money. Service: Acrylic nails

Everyone here was super nice. I went to get a gel manicure, and it started peeling after a week. They were very kind and did a new gel manicure for me at no additional cost. However, its been 8 days since my gel manicure and my nails are peeling and chipping again. As much as I would want to keep coming back here, Ive always had my gel manicures last at least 2-3 weeks. I have been seeing Lynn at LV nails for awhile now. I refuse to go to any other salon. They are so welcoming and are the best at what they do. As someone who is very picky with where I go for any services this place hands down is my favorite.

I love how my nails are done. I don't like being kept waiting over an hour after my appointment time. Still charged the same rate. Only thanked for staying around. To put in perspective a women came in after me said she had an appointment at 5pm just like me. She left at 5:58pm. Me 7pm.
