Wave Broadband - Headquarters

Wave Broadband should close their doors. They don't care about the people they supposedly provide internet services to. The network is constantly down. I take online classes and I can't even do my homework. I am forced to leave my house and go to a public library or Starbucks. I work and go to school. If you are an investor in this company please know that your customers are treated like dirt.

Very deceitful company. Twice now they have increased my "Internet Infrastructure Fee" fee. It is now $12.97 a month. This means that their actual prices are actually $12.97 a month higher then their advertised prices. Both times I complained to customer support and they don't care.

Its actually hilarious we let them take our money for 7 years. We had been paying for 5G internet the whole time yet only had 3g internet maybe half the time if we were lucky. Tonight was the final straw, a family member had a project due for school and missed the deadline due to an outage that seems to happen every other night. Thanks wave for truly making the last 7 years of my life hell making me stress 10x over anything needing internet. I hope we will have better luck with a T-Mobile hotspot.

Wave G / Astound is the most pathetic internet service provider. They offer the worst wifi connectivity and will constantly find innovative ways to charge money on your account. They put some accidental charge of $89 and taxes of $16. I had to plea and they removed the charge but didnt waive the taxes meaning I have to pay $16 taxes for their mischievous/notorious charges out on my account. The wifi keeps dropping and doesnt even work for a few days in a week. Customer care is pathetic too and never respond on phone and chat agents are very rude.
