Bethanne has truly been my angel! I went to her for dress alterations on a velvet maid of honor dress. Her work is exceptional, I could not even tell where the dress had been taken in and the hem was flawless. I came to her last minute and she was very flexible with me and my crazy schedule. She is not only incredibly skilled, but very efficient and runs her business smoothly. Weddings are so stressful and I am so lucky I was able to rely on her. Showed up for a scheduled appointment with 12 pairs of pants I need hemmed (this is only a third of what I need done🤪). She saw me through her window and did not look pleased. Without smiling or saying high to a new patron she snapped sourly "Do you have a mask?" If she had been friendly on any level I would have been happy to place my armful of pants on the floor to put on the all important mask. But then she laughed dirisively at the pile of pants in my arms, and turning away said, "I only do three at a time." Again, if she had some level of decorum I would have chosen the three I wanted to have her hem and brought in three at a time. But...I don't like being around surly, sour, unfriendly people...so I left. Too bad because she is only minutes away and my wife and daughter have a bunch of tailoring needed as well. But I like nice people. It is what it is.😑
