Everyone is really lovely here. They are great about getting you in quickly when needed and keeping you updated every step of the way. My pup is not great with strangers but quickly loved every person she's interacted with here. They even let her sit with them on their lunch break or while she's waiting for me to pick her up, instead of having her wait in a kennel. Best vet experiences (there's been quite a few now) that I've had in my pet's lifetime.

Tender Touch truly cares about your animals! I took Mr.Llama there for an emergency urinary blockage and they got me right in and updated me atleast once a day and he was there for 3 days. I wouldnt hesitate to take my animals there again! Thank you Tender Touch!

I highly recomend this group of very caring ladies. My cat moonlight got stuck in washer for 2 minutes and i had no idea he was in the washer thank goodness i was about to put in headphones i could never live with myself if he passed. He made a full recovery. Thanks to all of the loving caring gals . They stayed late to help me i was a reck and they calmed me down and my heart goes out to all of these amazing ladies!!!!
