Furious! They close at 7pm. We get there at 424pm, too find a note on the window that states, "on break until 510pm. SERIOUSLY!!!! What store closes at 7pm and has an almost hour break 2 hours before closing. We knocked several times. They just liked at us and walked on. This is PISS POOR MANAGEMENT let me give you management advice, ROTATE your staffing lunch and breaks so your customers are ALWAYS served. ALSO, YOU may inform your staff that running around the office with no shoes on is so unprofessional. 6 people in the office, 1 with no shoes, 2 hitting on the same gal, 2 on you tube, and the other guy just sitting there. When we did get some help they sent us to the pick up ramp, opened the door after 15 min of sitting there. We sign for our $1000 product and the guy has the BALLS to say to my disabled veteran husband, "can you help me lift this in your truck my partner is on break!" Are you KIDDING ME!!! WORST EVER, we are buying all new appliances but will NOT be purchasing them here. FYI COSTCO HAS THE SAME THINGS, they are slightly more but they extend the warranties by 2 years, deliver and install, and take your old appliances away for FREE and you don't have to deal with these unprofessional folks.

Signage here either sucks or is non existant, depending on where you are standing. Impossible to know where to go without asking the security booth around the side of building. The employee at counter was pleasant enough to me but was very rude to one of the drivers and treated him like he had no idea how to do his job. Finally when yet another truck driver came to find out why he had been qaiting for 3 hours, she went to check on their paperwork. Not a great experience. Clearly they do not have enough employees, signs, manners, or customer service experience. And note their sign at the service window in pic. Loading peeps were decent.
