Vehicle arrived in perfect condition a day sooner than promised. The driver was reluctant to come into my neighborhood due to tree branches so he parked on a side street and drove the vehicle right to my driveway! Thanks!

NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Red flags EVERYWHERE! The driver Rod took 10 days to get our vehicles to us because he decided he wanted to take 4-5 days off to go to Southern California go visit family why would he mix business with pleasure? Literally had our vehicles sitting at some random location for however long, we are military and had very important things we had to get done. We had called throughout the days just to check on him and the vehicles because weather and traffic can be crazy, and anyone can understand that. No response to texts, calls, or voicemails. It was such a huge inconvenience because Rod was so horrible at communicating with us that he decided that he was going to text me this; ok so im gonna deliver sometime on Sunday IDK what time. But it will be sunday prib late afternoon. You dont need to call. Its not gonna get your vehicles delivered any earlier. & Hi, im gonna be arriving around 8pm, we will meet at Walmart most likely behind the bldg. Or we can do this in the morning. Im just leaving El Paso This company is complete trash. He had changed the dates 4 TIMES!! Knowing we had to spend $1000 for an entire week on a rental because we had to wait to receive our vehicles. This driver was partying with family in Cali. I would NEVER allow anyone I love and care about to work with this company. His attitude is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This is unfortunate because when we do need our vehicles shipped again we will NEVER go with this company. The company that hired this driver is horrible with their attitudes and communication as well (Soldier Logistics Car Transport). Breaks my heart to have to write such a bad review, but honestly fed all the way up with the disrespect and attitude from the broker company and driver. Please if you have any common sense, DONT work with this company!! If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!

I work with Vic at American Eagle auto multiple times a week. I have never once had an issue with their service. This company is a 10/10. I highly recommend anyone looking to transport their vehicle to book with this company. I have entrusted them to move high level executives for fortune 500 companies with no issue.
