        They were late starting. They never communicated when they would start work. They stopped work midway through the project because their contractors weren't being paid. It took them a month to clean up afterwards. We're still waiting for them to finish changes their own inspector said were necessary. They do not respond to phone calls. We had to visit their offices to get them to restart work the first time. The last time we tried to visit their office, we found it cleaned out. They were nowhere to be found. Avoid.
