My son started at Kindercare as an infant and is now in preschool, and we are so grateful for the team there. Ragena is such a good leader and always keeps us informed on what is happening and responds to any questions or issues with compassion and expertise. Mayra came in shortly after we started and she's been so reassuring, walking us through new stages like starting solid foods and potty training. My kiddo has learned so much and he loves and trusts the teachers so much. I appreciate the team's patience and creativity so much.

Let me tell you during a pandemic it has been crazy scary and all these emotions. So when I was looking for childcare during this time I looked at several KinderCares in the area this one was clean, and I was able do do a window tour and speak to the teacher which put me at ease. Ms. Ragena the director does a great job at communicating and makes sure she greets everyone and her follow up is great. Ms. Mayra is a pleasure at pick up. I would suggest if you are looking for a clean, friendly place that loves your children and treats them with respect this is the place for you. We have been with them only 4 months but the bond they have built with us and our daughter is truly amazing.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. We enrolled our daughters here based on proximity, reviews and tuition. Our oldest(4yrs) has done well and has overall enjoyed her time there. Our youngest (1yrs) has however struggled. We discovered several food sensitivities that she has and even after doctors, gastroentemologists, ultrasounds and MRI's, this center continues to feed our daughter food she cannot eat. We've provided doctor's notes and had multiple discussions but it continues to happen. I do not trust this location as far as I can throw them and am very disappointed in the attentiveness to such situations. Update as of drop off this morning 08/06/21: Although given a doctors note with the foods our daughter cannot eat(dairy, soy, corn), we again had to reiterate that she cannot be given cheerios, bread, bagels etc. We were told she loves cheerios... IT DOESNT MATTER IF SHE LOVES THEM. She cannot be fed them. If there is less than 2% soy bean oil, she cannot eat it. No corn starch or corn sryup. No butter or milk or cheese. We have offered to supply our own food, yet they dont allow that in a toddler room. THEN FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS YOU ARE GIVVEN. We had to purge our pantry and scour ingredient lists to find specific food items she can eat without exploding diarrhea for 36 hours and constantly spitting up. If this wasn't our last month needing daycare I would pull our kids out in a heartbeat. The ignorance is appalling.

I had my daughter enrolled in the infant and toddler room until we moved out of state. We were so sad to unenroll our daughter. The staff is AMAZING! As a first time mom, I was doing so much research on daycares and I’m glad I found this center. The staff really embraced our daughter, was very welcoming and informative to us, and I really felt at ease when I dropped her off. We are starting at a new KinderCare in a few weeks and I hope our experience is just as great. Thank you for taking care of our daughter

Our daughter loves going to KinderCare every day. She started in the infant room in the middle of the pandemic. We were nervous first time parents, but the Center Director, Ms. Ragena, and Assistant Director, Ms. Mayra, and all of her teachers have made sure we always felt safe and comfortable dropping off our daughter. Both classrooms have been highly communicative, and we love getting updates and photos throughout the day about what our daughter is up to. We toured 8 day cares and are so happy we chose Kent KinderCare!
