I saw a deal online to start leasing for $1 down, so I signed up on 9/4/2021, and I received my online confirmation saying that the local store that I selected will contact me and deliver my items in 2 to 3 business days. On September 8th and September 12th I emailed Aaron's customer support to ask where my item was but nobody ever emailed me back. Then on September 13th at 10:50 a.m. I called the Kent store here in Washington and ask where my items was and the representative was able to assist me and said my computer will be delivered next day on 9/14/2021. The delivery driver called half an hour before delivery as promised and delivered the goods. I'm giving a 1-star rating because nobody contacted me and I did not receive my computer until 8 days later of expected delivery date. I do not recommend this company and will not do business with them again in the future after I return this product
