Above and beyond. After leaving voicemails and web messages at several places to no avail, I reached out to these guys. I got a response back within minutes, and they were over to measure that evening. The glass had to be special ordered, but even with that, it was installed in a very timely manner. And communication was stellar throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience with this company! Moe is super friendly, flexible, and responsive. He has a fast response time and strong work ethic. My windows/frames are older and a lot more difficult to repair but he took the time to explain my options and gave me a variety of choices. He was respectful of my home and got to work carefully and did an awesome job repairing several windows with broken seals. Not to mention, he gave a very competitive quote for the work I needed! He definitely lives up to his name! I highly recommend using the Glass Expert for anything you need window related. I know I will be!

Just needed glass replacement in window frame. Called several glass installers. I received several estimates over the phone. They were all over the board. My wife called Moe and left a message. Moe called back and stated that he was in the area and could stop by to give an estimate. Moe was very personable. We negotiated a price on the spot. the price was better than all the others.
One week later Moe installed the new window.
I always get at least three bids, make Glass Expert one.
