Waited almost an hour till ingot seen even tho I made an appoinment and there was only 1 other person ahead of me. Then for some reason as other people started coming in, the staff started working on them even tho I've been waiting for so long....well not be coming back

Chipped half my tooth they did my xrays and said I needed 2 tooth’s to be extracted .. so they gave me a referral for a dentist specialist went there and the dr said Why get it extracted when he can fix it ! .& I won’t have to wear partials. I wouldn’t go to this one no more 👎🏻😡

Had a root canal started, went back for a crown n was told that they dont except payments for that. I make payments on everything else. Wasted money on them doing a root canal because I cant afford it without payments but they didnt care. I like the people that were there two years ago. Now looking for a new place that will take payments so that I can get a crown. Waste of money!!

My 6 month "exam" took less than 10 minutes, and the Dr. didn't even come to check on my tooth that needs potential endodontic treatment. The cleaning took only around 30 minutes and was so rushed that there were small remains of calculus that I could feel sharply on my tongue. The hygienist didn't even use a hand tool to clean up the little bits remaining behind. At least that were relatively gentle, but needless to say....I will DEFINITELY be finding a Dental practice that actually cares about patients and not just getting people in and out for more cash.

Okay, let's start with the worst part about this place. Tatyana EFDA is her title. She is a dental assistant who is exspanded. Which means that she can do fillings. With that being said this woman whacked hard on teeth with her tools that she wasn't working on while doing a simple filling. I told her that she needs to hold on to her tools. So, that she doesn't hit other teeth in my mouth because she kept hurting me. She giggled about it and told me how patient I was being. (Very unprofessional) Who giggles about hurting a patient. This woman had butter fingers and I had to keep telling her to hold on to her tools. She laughed and told me thanks for being patient with her. I told the office about her and that I never want to see that woman ever again. I never will allow her to work in my mouth ever again. To top it off she completely did my filling wrong and I was in so much pain for days. The actual dentist had to redo the filling that Tatyana put in wrongly and left big gaps in my mouth not filling it properly. Tatyana is the worst DON'T let her work on you she might break your teeth. As she hits and drops her tools around in your mouth and doesn't know how to properly put a filling in. Okay, now that I have warned you about Tatana I would like to tell you the good part about going here. I have been to many dental offices in my life. With that being said Mila the dental assistant is extremely good at her job. Mila suctions very well so that you don't gag or choke. You don't have to even ask her as she does her job perfectly. She's by far the best assistant ever. Okay, now about the doctor Zalak Daftary DDS. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and she redone and fixed what that awful lady did to me.
