They have the cleanest warehouse floor I've ever seen. Products are great too.

This company has the oddest return policy I've ever come across. If you need to return a product they somehow feel they have the right to keep what you paid for shipping charges. It's actually written right in their return policy. At first I thought it was to cover return shipping but they told me to just throw the product away? I also called and emailed their customer service and never got a response. They sent me a survey and it had a comments section which I filled out. Never got a response.
I'd say if you're looking for any kind of cover steer clear of this company. They're dishonest and their customer service is awful.
