I wouldn't be surprised if all of these "5 star reviews" are paid for by Fix Auto because this place is a joke and they're trying to cover that. They don't offer any good service whatsoever. Customer service on the phone and in person was always a hassle. They also lied about losing my keys for my car until the very day that I needed to use them. And I STILL have to be stuck with them for THEIR mistakes. Seriously, don't even think about getting your car fixed here. Also if you're reading this Fixed Auto, I reported you to BBB. Thanks for nothing!

Worst place ever. Do not take your car here. I got into a.car accident and we took my car here. My car battery was dead and they knew and it never replaced it. They told me that they would reimburse me because I ended up buying a new one since the moment I drove it home, it was completely shot and would not start even with a jump. After getting my car fixed, I drove it home to realize that I had lost almost all of my transmission fluid. I had to call my insurance to get it towed back to the shop and I had a pipe that was bent from the accident. They did not look it over. I have dirt on the side of my interior from a slop job they did putting in new airbags. My fender, hood and front bumper are all rusted on the corners of where they replaced the new body parts. Save your time and money and do not go here. This place needs to be shut down.
